New Patient- 9am appointment. I was called the evening before and asked to come at 8:30 to fill out paperwork. Arrived at 8:15. Paperwork completed in 5 minutes. Taken into the exam room at 8:55. Blood pressure taken and was told Dr. will be with me in a moment. At 9:25 after no Dr, I asked what was going on... Was told the Dr. was stuck in traffic and no ETA. Complete disregard for my time. Absolutely unacceptable. I left the office. They did not even call me to apologize. Shame on the staff. Plenty of other providers available
